The scope

What lands on your desk

The creative lead is not a manager, but a doer of the work. This role is a good fit for someone with a strong visual eye and strength in writing who also likes variety.

You must have demonstrated experience in at least 1 of these three areas.

01  Meta Ad Management

  • Edit raw video into short clips, 30 to 60 seconds long, with creative storytelling through the video and auto captions
  • Create static creatives in Canva
  • Write and add the copy: hooks, angles, and calls to action
  • Follow agency SOPs to launch the ads
  • Responsible for measuring and improving account ad performance

02  Podcast Video Production

  • Follow the agency's detailed SOP for this process, as well as make judgment calls of your own throughout
  • Edit video and audio, mix, master, and publish weekly
  • Cut short-form clips from every episode for paid and organic, and schedule in the social media publishing tool
  • Own cover art, show notes, titles, and thumbnails

03  Website Creation

  • Use client meeting transcripts and agency best practices to design websites built by AI and Astro
  • Finish the AI-produced site by polishing all copywriting so it sounds human, captures the message the client wants, and increases trust and conversions
  • Creative use of design and client photography throughout the website
  • Typically publishing two websites per week
  • Use transcripts from client feedback to edit sites as needed

How we work

Our values

These are not wall art. Each one has a standard attached, and each one shows up in how we review work, run meetings, and decide who stays.

01

Integrity

We do the right thing, especially when no one is watching.

The why Trust is our currency. We operate with high moral character and transparency. If a decision is technically "legal" but ethically "gray," we don't do it.

02

Initiative

We don't wait for permission to be great; we find a way or make one.

The why We value "figures-it-out-ness." If you see a hole, plug it. If you see a problem, bring a solution. Standing still is the only way to fall behind.

03

Humility

We value the truth over being right.

The why We own our mistakes loudly so we can fix them quickly. We don't say what sounds good; we say what is necessary. We are learners, not know-it-alls.

04

Ownership

We don't just perform tasks; we deliver results.

The why Every team member understands that our paycheck comes from the value we provide to the client. We take personal accountability for the "big picture" and the final result, never hiding behind "that's not my job."

Accountability

What you are measured on

You will be reviewed against these numbers, not against effort or hours. Targets are what the seat looks like once you are ramped. The first ninety days are for learning the accounts, and we grade the trend, not the absolute, until then.

We are hiring in the Philippines. Required.
Required.
The role starts at $1,500 USD per month. Tell us your number; a range is fine, "negotiable" is not. Required.

At least three. We want to see ads, a video podcast episode or clip, and a site you built. Direct links only. No PDFs, no "available on request." Give us at least one link.
A Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct PDF link. Make sure it is set so anyone with the link can open it. We cannot request access. Required. Paste a link we can open.
Fill in every blank. Write "none" for anything you have not used. An honest blank tells us more than a padded list.

Nobody is equally good at all three. Be honest; we hire around the gap. Required.

Part 02

Craft and judgment

Short answers. We are reading for specificity, not length. Three sentences that name real tools and real numbers beat three paragraphs that do not.

Part 03

Working style: eight scenarios

For each one: write what you would actually do first in your own words, then pick the option closest to it. Where the free-text box is optional, it still gets read. It is the part that separates candidates whose letters look identical.
